Situated in the clubhouse on a high knoll overlooking
the golf course, lake and distant mountains, the Lake Ridge Restaurant presents commanding views through three walls of glass wrapping around the dining room with an ever-changing panorama. The mountain lodge design with massive wood beams and stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace sets the stage for a romantic dinner for two or a special party for 100 of your friends. The Lake Ridge Restaurant serves lunch Monday through Saturday, dinner Friday and Saturday (members only) and Sunday Brunch. Special events, private parties and receptions are also scheduled; see
newsletter for this month’s events. Although Cummings Cove is a private club, visitors are welcome for golf, lunch and Sunday brunch.
The Golfhouse Grill & Lounge has a cozy atmosphere for daily lunch or celebrating a career round of golf. An adjoining terrace with awning makes al fresco dining a delightful option most of the year.
Executive Chef Jeff Lloyd, winner of several food competition awards, is an Honor Graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute. Before joining the Cummings Cove staff, he was Executive Chef at Myrtle Beach Yacht Club. Chef Lloyd’s high standards and culinary creativity make the Lake Ridge Restaurant a special place to dine.
Martin Schmedt, Dining Room Manager, oversees dining room preparations and service and helps coordinate party planning and special events.
