Our newest neighborhood is more like a village
occupying over 275 acres at the pinnacle of Cummings
Cove. The amazing panorama includes distant
mountains views to the north, south and west with
the twinkling lights of Asheville visible in the
northeastern night sky. Home sites range from half
to more than an acre. October, 2007, marks
completion of the first home in Mountain Top while
several more are under construction. Home prices
range from the $800’s to over $1 million.
